The families referred to Expanding Villages could receive clothing, seasonal coats, jackets, shoes, toys, books, household items, unopened food items, pet items for example. The recipients will be encouraged to hand down the items to other families they may know or donate items as they may outgrow them. Recipients will hopefully feel empowered by helping others and it will allow Expanding Villages to remain in contact with them and identify additional areas where support may be needed.
